Club Jacket / Name Badge – Purchase Process

• The club has a file with North American Embroidery, so after you enter the building simply tell the sales person you are with the RBCC and wish to purchase a club jacket. If they should ask if we have a file, simply say YES.
• The sales person will fill out the order form. All you need to do is give them your name, address and phone number, Jacket size and what name you want on the jacket.
• The jacket should be ready in about 8 to 10 business days. They will call you when it is ready.
• After they call, all you have to do is go back, pay and take your jacket home.
• Plan to spend around $100 for a jacket

RBCC Name Badges

The Reno British Car Club supplies new members with up to two name badges per household. These name badges are complimentary upon your joining the Club and paying the dues covering your initial year. The Club will order your “new member” badges and mail them to you with no further action required on your part.

For others, if you need a name badge, please contact Lawson Fox, Treasurer, through the email link below and he will facilitate your order.

Name Badge Order Instructions:
• Contact the RBCC Treasurer via email at treasurer@renoallbritish.org.
• Include the name(s) as you want them to appear on the badge(s).
• Make sure that the names are typed accurately with no typos.
• The cost is $8.00 per badge. You can arrange with the Treasurer for your badge(s) to be delivered to you at a Club event or to have your order mailed to your residence. If you would like your order mailed to you, the cost is an additional $8.00 postage.
• Please indicate in your initial email how you would prefer to pay: Credit card or check. And indicate whether you want to purchase postage to have your order delivered to your residence.
• If you want to pay by credit card, the Treasurer will send you a reply email with a link for payment.

• To receive the best pricing possible from our vendor, we plan to place orders at the end of each calendar quarter hoping for a minimum order of at least five. But regardless, we will place an order at the end of each March, June, September and December.
• It takes about a week for the badges to be produced by our vendor. And if they are to be delivered by mail, please allow for the time required to get them through the Postal system.
